Wild Bean Vanilla Co. Opens Retail Store, Revamps Website

Wild Bean Vanilla Co., in an effort to accommodate its growing customer base, has opened its first retail location in Mesa, Ariz., while also redesigning its website for easier navigation and faster loading times. 

Owners Chad and Andrea Palmer’s first retail location gives local Arizona residents a retail store dedicated to gourmet vanilla beans, extracts and related products. The business previously had an industrial location to house merchandise, but opened the retail store to meet the demand of customers wanting to pick up the products locally.

Its current hours are by appointment only, but the Palmers plan to eventually feature regular retail hours for the store. Like the website, this location carries the company’s four different vanilla extracts, in addition to eight flavored extracts, as well as gourmet vanilla beans. More flavors will be released in the future and sold on both the website and inside the retail location.

The redesigned website features a cleaner look, helping consumers quickly find the extract they are looking for because of the improved display of products. An additional benefit is that the new website comes with e-commerce Web hosting, which has sped up the loading process. 

“One of the benefits of the new website is that it allows us to offer more discount coupons, including the ability to offer free shipping coupons for those picking up their products locally,” said Chad Palmer.
