SodaStream International Ltd., the world’s leading manufacturer and distributor of home carbonation systems, based in Airport City, Israel, has entered into a strategic agreement with Cott Beverages Inc., a subsidiary of Cott Corp., Tampa, Fla., to produce flavors made specifically for the SodaStream carbonation system.
Cott is one of the world’s largest producers of beverages on behalf of retailers, brand owners and distributors. The initial production will consist of existing SodaStream flavors and will take place at Cott’s primary concentrate production facility in Columbus, Ga. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
