Seattle-based Rosanna Inc. has formed a new partnership with Italian distributor Argenti to offer Italian customers improved service.
Argenti will have Rosanna products available starting in January, and will offer in-country service for a more streamlined distribution system in Italy.
Argenti is an Italian company that produces gift items, party favors and accessories for the home and office made from silver, crystal, leather, wood and resin. Founded in 1993, after conquering the Italian market, the company made inroads into parts of Europe, the United States and Latin America.
Rosanna Inc. is a worldwide brand “recognized for products of exceptional sophistication and soul,” according to the company. Rosanna Bowles, the company’s founder, is the author of “Coming Home: A Seasonal Guide to Creating Family Traditions.” She is also winner of a Nellie Cashman Woman Business Owner of the Year and winner of the Gift of the Year Award in the U.K. in 2005.
In other news, Bowles was named chair for the 2013 Go Red for Women Luncheon. Created in 2004 by the American Heart Association, Go Red for Women raises awareness of cardiac disease while empowering women to take charge of their heart health. Heart disease, the No. 1 killer of women, claims the lives of nearly 500,000 American women annually.
Bowles said the focus of her chairmanship will be to establish a children’s p-patch at a local charity and food bank that will educate youth on nutrition in an interactive environment.
