Regal Ware Strengthens Executive Team with the Promotion of Katrina Gongola to Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer

In her new role, Gongola takes a broader leadership role in evolving the holding company’s talent strategy for the future; specifically focusing on global talent attraction and retainment, leadership development and management, and employee experience and engagement. She reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Ryan Reigle, and has an integral role as an executive committee member to bring a greater focus on talent that drives alignment with the company’s strategic vision. “Katrina brings a wealth of experience to the executive committee and puts us in a great position to strengthen talent attraction and development across our entire organization now and in the future,” said Ryan Reigle, President & CEO. Gongola is a strategic and business-focused HR professional with more than 25 years of progressive human resources leadership experience. She has led talent management, recruiting, development, and C-suite hiring for prominent Milwaukee-based companies, including Enerpac Tool Group, Kohl’s Department Stores, GE Healthcare, Milwaukee Tool, Generac, and Johnson Controls. Gongola joined Regal Ware in 2021 as Director of Human Resources for the holding company and its divisions.
