Peugeot, a world leader in mills since 1840, is partnering with The Culinary Institute of America, the world’s premiere culinary college.
“The Culinary Institute of America is renowned for its culinary expertise and impeccable standards. We are proud that they’ve chosen Peugeot mills and wine accessories for classroom demonstrations and use in their many restaurants, and we’re happy to support their educational programs that will teach the chefs of the future about high-performance professional tools and culinary techniques,” said Yvette Laugier, general manager, PSP North America Peugeot.
A wide variety of Peugeot models, all made in France, will find a home at The Culinary Institute of America. For example, the Peugeot Tahiti set will be used in its American Bounty Restaurant; the Peugeot Bistro Duo set in their Ristorante Caterina De’ Medici; Peugeot Baya and Prestige mills in The Bocuse Restaurant; and the Peugeot Vittel set in The Egg, their newest student dining venue.
Peugeot will also be featured at events and in publications from The Culinary Institute of America, reaching students, an extensive alumni network and other influential food professionals.
The Peugeot brand is defined by its French heritage, generations of expertise and commitment to quality and innovation.
