To expand its presence in the U.S. market, Peugeot (PSP USA), has opened an office in Chicago led by industry expert Yvette Laugier, who was named general manager.
PSP USA, 100 percent owned by PSP SAS of France, is dedicated to the Peugeot brand and to U.S. market growth.
“Our primary goal is to service our customer,” said Laugier. “Our new facility will ensure each and every customer receives exemplary support from our new team. We have lofty goals ahead and are very excited about the future of PSP USA.”
Focused on innovation, the French manufacturer is adding more than 30 new products to its extensive collection of pepper and salt mills, including contemporary designs such as Annecy, Peugeot’s very first cheese mill, which can also be used with a variety of nuts or chocolate; or the Alaska Electric Nutmeg, Salt and Pepper Mill and the Oleron Chili Mills.
For wine enthusiasts, there is the new wine collection, including the Salma Purple Corkscrew and foil cutter or the Seau Equinoxe Wine and Champagne Bucket.
Joining Laugier is Jeff Blanchard, sales manager, who began working with Peugeot products in the late 1990s. Rounding out the new team are Evona Antos, customer service manager, and Marie Vavassori-Fundis, brand manager, as well as customer service and warehouse personnel.
