Pacific Seafood Launches Healthy Soups

PORTLAND, Ore. – August 18, 2015 – With summer beginning to wind down, The Pacific Seafood Group, a family owned seafood company based in Portland, Ore.,  is gearing up for fall and getting ready to introduce their new line of seafood based healthy soups under their Pacific Sustainable Seafood brand launched last year.

As a company focused on providing consumers with a healthy protein alternative to beef and poultry, they have strived to create some very unique seafood flavor profiles to bring to this growing refrigerated soup category.  With four flavors and three sizes in both retail and food service offerings, these soups were inspired for consumers looking for convenient, nutritious meal options for their busy families on the go that don’t want to forego quality and flavor. Focusing on fresh and less processed ingredients, Pacific Seafood uses crowd favorites premium ingredients such as their wild Sockeye salmon, wild Pacific cod and fresh Razor clams which are small batch kettle cooked.
