New ready-to-heat classic French sauces will debut in the U.S. this month, offering the height of culinary convenience.
Akron, Ohio-based More Than Gourmet has completed a joint venture with Christian Potier-SA, producer of authentic, classic French sauces in ready-to-heat and serve portion packs that have been critically acclaimed in Europe.
“This JV is consistent with our strategic growth objectives and dedication to authentic culinary products for home consumers” said Brad Sacks, CEO and founder of More Than Gourmet, the exclusive importer to the United States for this full line of sauces.
The initial line of seven finished sauces by Christian Potier-SA, based in Monteux in Southern France, being introduced in the USA include Sauce Hollandaise, Béarnaise, Roquefort, Dijon Mustard Wine Sauce, Mushroom, Lemon Dill, and Red Wine Shallot. More Than Gourmet will present the new products at the upcoming Fancy Food Show in Washington D.C. beginning June 17.
