Lund’s and Byerly’s Kitchen Concept Unveiled

Lunds and Byerly's Kitchen will be a first-of-its kind food destination in the Twin Cities. Scheduled to open March 6, Lunds and Byerly's Kitchen will focus extensively on freshly prepared foods and beverages, including restaurant-style services and a tailored selection of groceries.

The 17,000-square-foot Lunds and Byerly's Kitchen will be located in The Promenade of Wayzata development being built by Presbyterian Homes & Services in Wayzata, Minn. 

The development will feature nearly 130,000 square feet of retail space and approximately 250 senior housing units.

Lunds and Byerly's Kitchen will feature everything from made-to-order sandwiches, sushi and a hot food bar to a salad bar, Great Food Fast entrées and a charcuterie station featuring cut-to-order Italian meats. Also, Caribou Coffee will be roasting coffee beans right on site.

Food theatre will be a key component at Lunds and Byerly's Kitchen. One area it will be on full display is in a restaurant-style space featuring seasonal menu offerings developed by company chefs, along with a selection of wines and craft beers. The dining experience will be further enhanced through the use of innovative technology at each table.
