Lifetime Brands, Debbie Meyer Products Sign Licensing Deal

Lifetime Brands Inc., a leading global provider of kitchenware, tabletop and home products, has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Housewares America Inc. to manufacture, market, sell and distribute Debbie Meyer Products worldwide. 

Under the agreement, Lifetime Brands will expand distribution for the Debbie Meyer brand throughout its international network. 

“As I continue to develop new products across the kitchen and home for my Debbie Meyer brand, I know that a partnership with Lifetime Brands will not only help me continue to increase my distribution, but also help me apply my proprietary technologies to even more new products and categories,” said Debbie Meyer.

Lifetime Brands and Housewares America will ensure that Debbie Meyer Products’ retail customers have a seamless product supply during the transition, which should be complete by September.
