KitchenAid, a leading maker of premium kitchen appliances and culinary tools, and SodaStream International Ltd., the leading manufacturer and distributor of home beverage carbonation systems, plan to introduce a jointly developed home carbonation system to the KitchenAid portfolio.
The soda maker is expected to be available at retail in the fourth quarter of 2013. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
