KeHE Introduces Ordering App for Retailers

KeHE Distributors has launched KeHEConnect:Order, a new retail ordering app for natural independent retailers. 

Available Sept. 17 at the Apple App Store, this free app streamlines and simplifies the ordering process, allowing retailers to spend more time running their business.  

“Technology is just one of the ways that KeHE helps our retail partners to succeed,” said Scott Cousins, KeHE’s chief information officer. “We have been successful with our KeHEConnect:Show technology for several years. KeHEConnect:Order is another key aspect of our strategy: ‘We make on trend easy.’”

KeHEConnect:Order is built on the KeHEConnect platform. This platform allows suppliers, brokers and retailers to transact with KeHE via Web, tablet and mobile devices. KeHEConnect enables customers and suppliers to engage with KeHE anywhere and at any time to increase the efficiency of the supply chain network.

“We worked closely with several retailers to provide us with recommendations and feedback throughout the development process,” said Cousins. “The app provides a modern user interface and an intuitive user experience. Ultimately our goal is to foster a more strategic partnership with retailers; we believe the KeHEConnect:Order app gets us closer to that goal.”
