GC Buying Group Preps for 2022 Member Conference at DMC

GC Buying Group is ready to welcome store and vendor members to the Dallas Market Center for the annual Start the Year Member Conference. Held in January each year, the 2022 event will feature a full day of education for store members on Wednesday, January 5, followed by a social gathering of both stores and vendors that evening. The following day, Thursday, January 6, store members will assemble for an exclusive Vendor Showcase, featuring products, both new and trending, from vendor members.

Stores from 24 states will be in attendance for the informative and interactive coming together for the first housewares event of the year. The conference, marking 19 years in 2022, is held exclusively for GC Store and Vendor Members, allowing store owners and buyers the opportunity to interface with top tier principals for each brand.

A GC Advisory Board Breakfast meeting will be held on Friday, January 7, where market-savvy board members will discuss plans for individual stores’ and Group growth in 2022.

The GC team will attend the Atlanta Market, and co-host with the IMC, a cocktail party for all housewares market attendees on Wednesday, January 12, 5:30 to 7pm in the 8th Floor Kitchen at AmericasMart.

First quarter GC Buying Group plans will include the Las Vegas Market and The Inspired Home Show in Chicago.
