Gourmet Catalog Kicks off Member Conference with Record Number of Sign Ups

DALLAS, November 7 — 

Gourmet Catalog & Buying Group is set to focus on technology at the group’s 16th annual GC Start the Year Member Conference, to be held January 9 and 10 at AmericasMart in Atlanta. With a record-breaking number of Stores signed up to attend, the Conference will be a great opportunity to network and connect with other members.

The Members-only conference offers Store and Vendor Members opportunities to network, learn about new products and participate in sales demonstrations. Highlights include group discussions, guest speakers, networking lunches, two exciting new technology program launches, dinner and drinks at the Capital City Club, and the exclusive Vendor Showcase.

The Showcase, held within the AmericasMart complex, is a private trade show exclusively for GC Buying Group Members. The event allows vendors to demonstrate products while Store Members get the chance to visit Vendor booths and interact with company principals. The business-casual and friendly Members-only interaction opportunity offers store owners a unique venue for being heard by key industry players face-to-face.

The conference will feature two guest speakers on the topics of Social media and marketing tips for building brand loyalty. 

The Start the Year Conference will end with a Member wrap-up party, offering Store and Vendor Members one more chance to network and speak with friends, old and new.
