Evriholder Acquires DreamTime Spa Brand

Evriholder Products has acquired the assets and business of  DreamTime Inc., a designer of health, wellness and personal care products. The company’s products include its signature DreamTime, Spa Comforts, Warm Whiskers and Healing Heat lines.

Founded in 1995 and based in Anaheim, Calif., Evriholder Products LLC designs, develops and manufactures products for the kitchen, cleaning, storage and organization, and bath and personal care categories. 

Santa Cruz, Calif.-based DreamTime was founded in 1993 by Judy Day. Most of DreamTime’s products use heat and/or cold therapy, which help to alleviate aches and pains, and promote relaxation. 

“Evriholder is the perfect company to acquire DreamTime, and with our common customer base and broad product appeal, joining Evriholder is the next step in our natural evolution,” said Day, CEO of DreamTime. “As with all of our products, our customers can look forward to many years of unique, new products that promote personal relaxation to help rejuvenate the body and mind, and encourage physical and emotional well-being.”

Day will join Evriholder to oversee new product development in the health and wellness category. In addition, DreamTime will maintain a sales office in Santa Cruz, with administration relocating to Evriholder’s offices and distribution through Evriholder’s California and Indianapolis distribution centers.
