Bob’s Red Mill Introduces New Gluten Free Muffin Mix

Bob’s Red Mill, the leading provider of premium whole grain foods and safe, gluten-free foods and baking ingredients for more than 40 years, has announced the availability of its new Gluten Free Muffin Mix, which offers consumers the ability to enjoy the goodness of baked-at-home gluten-free muffins quickly and easily. At the same time, the company has reformulated three of its existing gluten-free baking mixes, resulting in better performance and flavor.

The new Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Muffin Mix (MSRP: $4.69/16-ounce bag) is made with simple and wholesome gluten-free ingredients that make enjoying delicious gluten-free muffins quick and easy. Home bakers only have to add a few simple ingredients, mix and bake. The Gluten Free Muffin Mix is also customizable, enabling bakers to add their favorite mix-ins, such as fruits, nuts or chocolate.

In addition to the new Gluten Free Muffin Mix, Bob’s Red Mill has reformulated three of its existing gluten-free baking mixes to provide improved results that rival the taste and texture of wheat-based baked goods. Bob’s Red Mill also gave all of the products’ packaging an updated and consistent design, which will make them easier to find on shore shelves.

The reformulated gluten-free baking mixes consist of the following products:

Gluten Free Brownie Mix (MSRP: $4.39/21-ounce bag) – This gluten-free mix has a deep dark chocolate flavor combined with a moist cake texture, making it an instant favorite for all chocolate lovers. 

Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix (MSRP: $4.39/16-ounce bag) – Made from the finest gluten-free ingredients, this rich and chocolaty cake mix is simple to prepare, and results in an incomparably delicious gluten-free cake.

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (MSRP: $4.79/22-ounce bag) – Made from the finest blend of wholesome gluten-free flours, this mix results in scrumptious cookies with a delicate crispiness on the outside and contains chocolate chunks on the moist and chewy inside.

As with all of Bob’s Red Mill’s gluten-free products, the new products adhere to strict safety standards, including being produced in a 100 percent dedicated gluten-free facility, and they are ELISA tested to verify gluten-free integrity. All four of these products are also dairy-free.
