All-Clad Metalcrafters LLC, has launched All-Clad TK, a cookware line that combines sophisticated technology with the expertise of renowned Chef Thomas Keller.
“All-Clad embraces the same values that we do, those of integrity, quality and evolution,” said Keller, chef and proprietor of the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, which includes The French Laundry and Per Se, among other award-winning restaurants across the United States.
Personally developed by Keller in collaboration with All-Clad, All-Clad TK is the first collection of cookware designed and constructed to ensure the best results for each culinary technique. All-Clad uses the precise combination of copper, stainless steel and aluminum to ensure the optimal performance for every task. A hand-crafted collection, each piece features a custom shape and metal technology ideally suited to sautéing, making sauces, braising, or steaming, empowering dedicated home chefs to cook with control and confidence.

The new line includes 15 items featuring flared edges for drip-free pouring, shapes that nest and universal lids for versatility and easy storage, newly engineered ergonomic handles, and low-maintenance brushed stainless exteriors. The collection is available in three sets, each named by Chef Keller to depict the products within:
- Foundation: A four-piece set featuring pieces most often used in household kitchens, including fry/sauté and sauce pans.
- Integrity: A seven-piece set that builds on Foundation and includes a specialty 8-quart Rondeau.?
- Inspiration: The complete, 11-piece set featuring all items from Foundation and Integrity, plus additional specialty pieces.
“A great example of our innovation is the universal lid, which is a symbol for all that I appreciate about good design: practicality, simplicity, exceptional performance and sustainability,” said Keller. “The universal lid fits a number of different sized pieces of cookware, so instead of five lids for five pots, you may only need two lids.
