ACS Sends Last Call for Presentation ideas

American Cheese Society Issues Last Call for Presentation Ideas for 2015 Conference

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “If only ACS would present this topic ...” at its annual conference, now’s your chance to help shape the conference program by submitting your own educational session ideas! The American Cheese Society (ACS) is issuing a last call for presentation of ideas for the 2015 Annual Conference & Competition that will be held in Providence, R.I., from July 29 through Aug. 1, 2015. It is accepting proposals and the deadline is Monday, Sept. 22, 2014, so hurry and get your ideas together.

Each year, the ACS disseminates a Call for Presentations to members and the general public who are interested in submitting their session ideas. It invites proposals aimed at educating cheesemakers, retailers and other cheese industry professionals about best practices, new trends, research, and improving products and processes.

The ACS is open to any and all topics, as they may be incorporated into ACS programming throughout the year, via its webinar series, and not just at the conference, but ideas for the 2015 Conference must be submitted by Sept. 22, 2014. Please submit your session ideas via this link:
